The Canary Islands Commissioner for Transparency and Access to Public Information is a body created by the Canary Islands Transparency Law and dedicated to promoting, analyzing, monitoring, and protecting transparency and the right of access to public information in the Canary Islands. In exercising the functions assigned to it by law, it must act autonomously and with full independence.
