Equality between men and women

The Montserrat Villalba Ruíz Centres Network bases its approach on equality, taking as fundamental pillars of its discourse the Spanish Constitution of 1978, particularly Article 14, which establishes the equality of all citizens before the law, prohibiting any form of discrimination on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion or any other personal or social condition.

It is also inspired by the explanatory memorandum of Law 03/2007 for the effective equality of women and men, which recognises equality as a universal legal principle enshrined in various international human rights texts.

These fundamentals guide the commitment of its entire team, orienting its work towards the achievement of effective equality in the workplace, thus consolidating itself as an essential axis of its organisational structure.
